The Dotokids Birthday Sale runs from 1 May 2025 to 10 May 2025 (inclusive) on www.dotokids.com.
The promotion is open to all customers who place at least one order on dotokids.com during the sale period. Participation is automatic upon purchase — no separate registration is required.
Dotokids reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or bad-faith purchasing activity.
A Top 10 Spenders Leaderboard will track cumulative spending across all orders placed between 1 May and 10 May 2025.
Spending is cumulative — multiple orders placed by the same customer during the sale period will be combined to determine their total spend.
Only non-refunded orders count towards the leaderboard total. Any order (or item within an order) that is returned and refunded will be deducted from the customer's cumulative spend.
Partial refunds will result in a proportional deduction from the customer's total. Only the net, retained spend is considered.
Dotokids' calculation of each customer's total eligible spend is final and binding.
The top 10 customers with the highest cumulative eligible spend at the end of the sale period will be declared winners and will each receive a 100% cashback of their total eligible spend.
In the event of a tie for the 10th position, the customer who reached the tied amount first (by order timestamp) will be awarded the final qualifying spot.
Winners will be announced after the 14-day return window has closed (i.e., after 24 May 2025), once final eligible spend figures are confirmed.
The 100% cashback prize will be issued on 30 May 2025, in the form of store credit or as otherwise communicated by Dotokids at the time of announcement.
The cashback is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and is valid only for use on www.dotokids.com.
The winner announcement and cashback payout are contingent on the completion of the 14-day return period. Any returns made within this window may affect final leaderboard standings. Dotokids is not liable for delays caused by return disputes or incomplete order information.
Dotokids reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the relevant city.
