Shipping Charges

  1. Free shipping is available on orders of ₹699 and above.
  2. A shipping charge of ₹30 will be applicable on orders below ₹699.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD handling charge of ₹19 will be applicable in addition to any applicable shipping charges.

  2. Delivery timelines are subject to the operational timelines of our courier partners and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
  3. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. However, our team will assist you in tracking and following up on delayed shipments with the concerned courier partner.
  4. Your order may be shipped from different locations and, therefore, may arrive in multiple packages.

Delivery Partners & Serviceability

  1. Orders within India are shipped through reliable logistics partners such as Blitz, Delhivery, and Blue Dart depending on the location and service availability.
  2. Delivery coverage is subject to the serviceable areas of our logistics partners.
  3. If your address falls outside the serviceable area of our courier partners, we will contact you to explore an alternative delivery solution.
  4. If you have a specific or time-bound delivery requirement, please contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible.
  5. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested delivery timeline; however, specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. COD is not a trial or inspection option. Payment must be made at the time of delivery before the order can be accepted.
  2. Refusal to accept a COD order may result in the deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
  3. COD may not be available for certain PIN codes where our logistics partners do not support COD service

Order Cancellation

  1. You can cancel your order before its is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  2. If a prepaid order is refused or cancelled at the doorstep, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. No refund will be processed if our delivery partner has made 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts and the order is subsequently returned to us.
